Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline.
• 3–5 years in industrial engineering roles.
• Formal TPM, Six Sigma, TPS, or Lean training.
• 5+ years implementing and leading engineering functions.
• Strong written communication and ability to present data.
• Analytical skills to define problems and draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver maintenance engineering function safely and in compliance.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategy with KPI measurement.
• Manage engineering budget and report against KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead the engineering team.
• Coordinate process engineering team and allocate resources.
• Oversee plant shutdowns, liaise with contractors, procure spares.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and remedial actions.
• Develop technical standards and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Manage technical documents, contracts, processes, specs.
• Ensure compliance with engineering laws and production standards.
• Evaluate new technologies and build technical capability.
• Manage revenue and capital projects.
