Job summary

You will guide the team of data scientists and ML engineers, ensuring rigorous evaluation of models and adoption of best practices in AI across cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes building reproducible ML pipelines, embeddings, and a strong technical voice, while maintaining model performance, speed, and overall health of the stack.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a fast-paced software development environment at scale.
