Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in building maintenance for luxury hotels.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow-up effectively.
• Physical ability to transport 35 pounds and endure physical movements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preventive maintenance of all-building equipment.
• Train and inspect Engineering staff performance.
• Resolve guest complaints ensuring high satisfaction.
