COREcruitment Ltd is partnering with a luxury hotel to recruit a Maintenance Manager who will oversee the property’s engineering, facilities, and preventative maintenance operations.

The role requires leadership experience, a strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems, and the ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships while ensuring guest comfort and safety.

Formación

• 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience, ideally within a hotel.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and work order programs.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing vendors, contractors, budgets, and repairs.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends when needed.

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and engineering across the property.
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and repairs.
• Coordinate with hotel teams to minimize disruption to guests.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and maintenance budgets.
