Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related Degree.
Minimum of 4 years as a Manager of a Software Engineering team.
Spanish speaking, reading and writing is a must.
Experience in developing within the Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Proficiency in effective listening and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Lead architecture and design discussions for strategic initiatives.
Drive modernization efforts that improve scalability, maintainability, security, and reliability.
Reduce technical debt and improve overall engineering maturity.
