Job summary

Intermex Wire Transfer LLC. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the growth, effectiveness, and performance of our software engineering organization.

You will develop engineering talent, improve maturity, and drive delivery excellence across domains including enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud initiatives. We value ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement, with a focus on secure, scalable, and reliable solutions aligned to Intermex strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related Degree.
• Minimum of 4 years as a Manager of a Software Engineering team.
• Spanish speaking, reading and writing is a must.
• Experience in developing within the Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Proficiency in the following: Effective listening and communication skill
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
