Job summary

Intermex Wire Transfer LLC is seeking a hands-on QA Manager to lead the transformation of our Quality Engineering practice across web, mobile, API, and enterprise platforms. You will build and scale test automation, drive AI-assisted testing, and raise release quality to new levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading QA teams while remaining hands-on technically.
• Deep experience with UI, API, and end-to-end automation frameworks.
• Experience implementing or scaling Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation platforms.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Codex, or other AI-enabled testing solutions.
• Demonstrated success reducing manual testing effort through automation and process improvements.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering methodologies.
• Experience building and maturing Quality Engineering organizations, not just managing testers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical leader for Quality Engineering across the organization.
• Define and execute automation strategy to significantly increase automated test coverage.
• Standardize automation frameworks, tools, and testing practices across all Engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI solutions to improve test creation, maintenance, execution, defect analysis, and quality reporting.
• Reduce reliance on manual testing through automation, intelligent testing, and continuous quality practices.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Evaluate emerging QA technologies, AI platforms, and industry best practices to continuously improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
