Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Engineering oversight to office, laboratory and field operations
• Prepare final affidavits (sign and stamp)
• Maintain accreditations
• Provide leadership, mentoring and training of staff
• Offer technical guidance and review progress
• Provide technical assistance to the team
• Perform project management on projects as needed
• Attend site visits and prepare computations and proposals
• Receive client communications and respond promptly
• Illustrate project specifications with computer programs; estimate costs and schedules
• Prepare budgets, contracts and related financial matters; administer contracts and control budgets
• Responsible for profit and loss on assigned projects
• Prepare monthly billings and progress reports
• Assist with proposals; present reports at community forums or interviews
• Review and analyze structural and civil plans
• Communicate deadlines and responsibilities to the team
• Attend technical seminars and conferences for expertise and marketing
• Perform related duties and special assignments
• Track opportunities across databases
• Use Salesforce for project and client tracking and analysis
