Job summary

Dizario Search is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team in our West Michigan operations. You will oversee technical projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with manufacturing goals and customer needs.

You will mentor engineers, manage priorities and resources, and provide technical leadership for product development, process improvements, and risk management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
4+ years of progressive engineering experience.
2+ years of engineering leadership or management experience.
Manufacturing, automation, machinery, or industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers.
Oversee engineering projects, priorities, timelines, and resources.
Provide technical leadership for product development and problem-solving.
Partner with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams.
Drive continuous improvement, quality, cost, and project performance.
Support technical risk management and strategic engineering initiatives.
