Betsson Group is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead high-performing engineering teams, shaping product and technical roadmaps while ensuring stability and performance. You will partner with product, architecture and design to delivery outcomes and own the team's delivery trajectory.

You will drive people development, efficient planning and stakeholder engagement across multiple locations, balancing speed with quality and a culture of continuous improvement.
