Eads Cooling Solutions is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the daily operations of engineering and drafting teams in Catoosa, OK. The role is hands-on and senior, focused on improving processes, production efficiency, and technology integration.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, and a track record in mechanical design using SolidWorks; experience with ERP systems and MS Office is preferred. This position offers stability and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience is required.
• Experience in mechanical design and drafting.
• Experience in SolidWorks, ERP Systems, MS Suite, Flatter Files is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all daily engineering and drafting activities.
• Facilitate communication among customers and engineers, ensuring specifications, costs, and deadlines are clearly communicated and understood.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive engineering workflows, testing, deployment, documentation, and operational processes.
• Evaluate and adopt AI tools to improve developer productivity, code quality, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Review work and projects for technical accuracy.
• Create and execute strategic plan for the related departments.
• Establishes, implements, and maintains administrative policies, procedures, and standards for the department.
• Maintains knowledge of new trends, developments, technologies, materials, and best practices; applies this knowledge to continually improve product lines and production efficiency.
