Job summary

Eads Cooling Solutions in Catoosa, OK is seeking a SolidWorks Designer to design and draw air-cooled heat exchangers and related components.

You will review project specs, liaise with shop and suppliers, and prepare customer approval drawings with calculations. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 3D SolidWorks modeling experience required.
• Experience with air-cooled heat exchangers or related structural design knowledge preferred.
• General mechanical drafting knowledge and experience required.
• Familiarity with weld processes and symbols for vessels/structurals preferred.
• Experience with DriveWorks Automation preferred.
• SolidWorks: minimum 3 years
• Mechanical Drafting: minimum 3 years

Responsibilities

• Review and apply project specifications and incorporate them into fabrication drawings.
• Serve as technical contact for the shop and outsource fabricators.
• Coordinate with internal departments to establish information needed to complete all technical activities (Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering,Sales).
• Create and submit all customer approval drawings and calculations.
• Coordinate with engineering to complete bundle and structural detail drawings as needed

ABOUT THE ROLE
