Job summary

Oso in New York is hiring a senior leader to define the technical vision and scale an ambitious engineering organization. You will work closely with the cofounder/CTO to build the product and developer experience that unlocks the company’s market opportunities.

You will recruit and empower engineers, set bold goals, and lead by example while collaborating with marketing and sales to drive adoption of our authorization platform.

• Proven ability to ship complex systems and architectures.
