Responsibilities

• Manage and enable the growth of the engineers on the team
• Hire engineers and scale the team
• Guide articulation and execution of the roadmap tied to business goals
• Set up the team to own technically challenging projects
• Coach engineers in technical and professional development
• Sponsor collaboration with other Asana surface areas
• Ensure a great, reliable experience for users while maintaining rapid development
