Delve Search - Global Search Consultants in Greater Boston, MA is seeking an Engineering Manager for Ion Implantation Equipment. You will lead a ~25-person multidisciplinary engineering team, set technical direction and drive development programs from concept through production.

The role demands strong systems engineering, experience with semiconductor capital equipment, and the ability to develop roadmaps, oversee NPI programs, and partner with Manufacturing, Quality and Service to deliver

Qualifications

Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Background in semiconductor equipment (ion implantation, deposition, plasma or vacuum).
Strong foundations in equipment design, systems engineering and product development.
Experience leading NPI programs and taking products from development into production.
Ability to develop engineering teams, manage roadmaps and influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead the Engineering organisation and set technical direction.
Drive product development and ensure successful delivery of programmes.
Lead a team of ~25 engineers across mechanical, electrical, software, controls and systems.
Oversee equipment design and development across disciplines.
Manage NPI programmes from concept to production release.
Develop engineering strategy and technology roadmaps.
Oversee sustaining engineering and product improvements.
Manage engineering resources, budgets and priorities.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality and Service to drive performance and reliability.
