For our client, we are seeking a Engineering Manager, International Expansion to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will lead a distributed software engineering team focused on expanding international capabilities and strengthening the core e-commerce experience. The Engineering Manager will partner closely with product, machine learning, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, customer-facing solutions that support growth across markets. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity with ownership of technical execution, team development, and alignment to broader business goals.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $194,499 – $216,109 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in developing high-quality software solutions.
