You’ll partner closely with internal users to understand needs and set direction for efficient solutions, often augmenting the tools with Claude for a greater experience and impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in engineering management.
• Experience shipping full-stack software with emphasis on usability.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and Go.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team building internal tools for business-critical use cases.
• Partner with teams to understand workflows and boost productivity.
• Set technical direction and prioritize roadmaps for impact.
• Mentor engineers and promote rapid iteration and feedback.
• Maintain system reliability and oversee incident response.
