You will guide platform enhancements that power Heartland’s Sales business, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and meaningful business impact. You will coach high-performing engineering teams, drive CI/CD governance, and champion engineering excellence while aligning delivery strategies with evolving business
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams and delivering complex multi-system initiatives.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices (.NET, SQL, Agile, and technology solution implementation).
- Ability to prioritize work, manage resources, and balance multiple priorities.
- Coaching and developing talent with a track record of building engaged teams.
- Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and relationship management with the ability to translate tech to business value.
