Job summary

Siemens AG seeks an ICX Engineering Manager for the Americas to lead the Americas ICX engineering team and presales efforts. You will guide the design of agentic AI solutions grounded in an enterprise ontology, mentor engineers, and collaborate with sales leadership to win engagements.

Travel up to 25% is expected as you grow the practice globally. You will work with senior customers, shape the ICX roadmap, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value across industries like automotive,

Qualifications

Leading technical teams with customer-facing responsibilities and delivery oversight.
Expertise in agentic AI, ontology, data engineering and analytics.
Proven ability to lead client engagements and presales efforts.
Experience recruiting, coaching and growing engineering talent.
Strong executive presence and ability to work with sales leadership.
Background in modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, cloud data lakes).
Hands-on approach to agentic AI, LLMs, retrieval and tool use.
Familiarity with enterprise ontology and knowledge graphs.
Background in ML/DS solving real business problems.
Industry experience in manufacturing, engineering, or pharma.

Responsibilities

Lead Americas ICX engineering team and presales engagements.
Model customer domains as enterprise ontologies and design agentic AI solutions.
