Job summary

Siemens AG's Intelligence Center X is expanding its footprint in the Americas. You will lead the Americas ICX Engineers, a presales FDE team, to ideate and create agentic AI engagements grounded in an enterprise ontology, delivering working applications that compel customers to invest in ICX.

You will recruit, coach and guide engineers, partnering with sales leaders to advance the ICX practice globally, while traveling up to 25% to engage with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Leads technical teams with customer exposure
• Experience guiding client engagements and delivery teams in agentic AI
• Recruiting and developing engineers
• Senior customer presence in executive settings
• Data engineering and analytics across enterprise data
• Experience with modern data & AI platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, GCP, AWS)
• Agentic AI design and development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
• Enterprise ontology modelling and usage in enterprise settings
• ML and data science for real business problems
• Industry experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, pharma, aerospace, financial services

Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas ICX Engineering team and presales FDE engagements
• Model a customer domain as an enterprise ontology; build agents and ML that reason and act
• Deliver agentic applications that drive customer investment in ICX
• Recruit, grow and coach engineers; set engineering standards
• Collaborate with sales leadership and strategy partners; evolve the global ICX practice
