Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional engineering experience required.
• At least two years of experience managing full‑stack or product engineering teams required.
• Demonstrated success leading teams of eight or more engineers through complex product launches required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow and develop a team of 8 to 12 engineers across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate with engineering teams for alignment and integration.
• Own engineering side of cross‑functional initiative kickoffs and launches.
