Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 6–9+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with plastic injection molding and tooling.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new and replacement equipment, including robotics, conveyors, and assembly systems.
• Own troubleshooting and resolution of complex manufacturing issues, with a focus on injection molding processes and tooling performance.
• Evaluate and improve molding processes, tooling, materials, and plant layouts.
• Drive safety improvements across equipment and processes.
• Train operations and maintenance teams on new equipment and process changes.
• Develop business cases, secure approvals, and lead capital projects from concept through startup.
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and Finance.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of equipment and process improvements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve throughput, quality, and efficiency.
• Introduce and scale new manufacturing technologies, including automation.
