This full-time role offers a salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, along with annual bonuses and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in engineering process improvement and team leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in industrial equipment engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary team in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with engineer-to-order/custom engineered products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
• Establish roles, accountabilities, and performance expectations.
• Oversee design and release of crane systems to customer specifications.
