Datadog is seeking a strategic leader to own the Database Monitoring product roadmap, including AI features, while partnering with Product and engineering teams to deliver measurable value to developers.

You will hire, mentor, and develop engineering managers and staff engineers across multiple geographies, driving adoption and commercial success in a hybrid workspace. Datadog values collaboration and customer-centric execution.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering directly with customers to refine product experiences and coach teams.
• Ability to lead go-to-market strategy and drive adoption and commercial success.
• Proven track record scaling product engineering teams, hiring and coaching.
• Experience deploying applications on PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Launch new products and businesses into new markets.
• Drive adoption and business outcomes using customer feedback and product data.
• Challenge team to explore new vectors for market penetration and tooling.
• Own the roadmap of the Database Monitoring product, focusing on AI features and developer personas.
