Job summary

Deloitte Cyber in Stamford, CT is seeking an Engineering Manager II to lead Active Directory and identity infrastructure engagements across assessment, design, migration, implementation, and stabilization. You will guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with clients to secure enterprise environments.

The role requires 6+ years in identity security and AD engineering, plus experience with migrations and hybrid identity using Entra ID; travel up to 50% may be expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years in technical consulting, enterprise infrastructure, identity security, or AD engineering.
• 6+ years hands-on experience designing, securing, assessing, migrating, or operating Microsoft AD environments.
• Experience with domain/forest architecture, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, LDAP, and recovery.
• Experience leading or supporting AD migrations, separations, or consolidations.
• Experience with migration tooling (ODM) and identity security tooling (Semperis, Defender).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and US work authorization; sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead AD and identity infrastructure engagements across lifecycle stages.
• Perform and oversee AD assessments covering DNS, DHCP, GPO, LDAP, and more.
• Design and implement AD security and hardening measures.
• Architect hybrid identity with Entra ID, federation, and synchronization services.
• Lead or support domain/forest migrations, separations, or consolidations.
