Deloitte Cyber is seeking an Engineering Manager II to lead AD and identity infrastructure engagements, overseeing assessments, migrations, and security hardening. You will guide teams across lifecycle phases, deliver secure identity solutions, and support hybrid Entra ID integrations.

Strong communication and project leadership are essential. The team operates within Deloitte's Digital Trust & Privacy practice, offering advanced cyber security and identity services.

Formación

• Bachelor's in CS/IT/Engineering or related field required.
• 6+ years in technical consulting, enterprise IT, or AD engineering.
• Hands-on design, security, assessment, migration or operation of AD.
• Experience with domain/forest architecture, DNS, DHCP, GPO, LDAP, trusts.
• Migration experience with ODM or Semperis; identity threat tooling.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% on average.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AD engagements across assessment, design, migration, and stabilization.
• Oversee AD assessments: domain/forest architecture, DNS, DHCP, replication.
• Design AD security hardening and RBAC, GPO controls, identity recovery.
• Architect hybrid identity with Entra ID and federation/synchronization.
• Lead/domain/forest migrations, cutover planning and post-migration support.
