Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the IAM team and scale identity, authentication, authorization, and key management across Lambda Cloud. You will own execution, team health, and architectural direction for services that must be highly available, low latency, and secure.

You will collaborate across Security, Product, and Compliance to deliver durable platform capabilities adopted across Lambda’s services.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional software engineering experience with leadership
• Experience building security-critical distributed systems
• Strong architectural judgment across cloud infrastructure and IAM

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM engineering team to define identity, authentication, authorization, and key-management services
• Define long-term technical and architectural strategy for IAM platform
• Ensure high availability, low latency, and security of IAM services
• Collaborate with Security, Product, Compliance, and customer teams
• Translate enterprise requirements into durable platform capabilities
• Communicate strategy and health to senior leadership
