Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated leader to manage hospital maintenance operations, capital projects, and regulatory compliance. You will lead a team, oversee budgeting and scheduling, ensure preventative maintenance, and drive energy-conservation initiatives across the campus.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering and at least 5 years of supervisory experience, with a hands-on, proactive approach to facility management.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital maintenance operations and manage capital projects, building and systems oversight.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient daily maintenance.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, inspections, and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Identify when capital equipment replacement is needed and supervise the replacement process.
• Ensure safety policies are updated and followed; promote energy conservation measures.
