You will provide technical guidance, prioritize work, and uphold engineering best practices to deliver a product with real customer impact. This in-office role focuses on mentoring engineers, partnering with a product manager on Axion and/or VehicleSim, and recruiting strong talent to sustain a category-leading platform and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, robotics, or related fields is required.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Programming experience in C++, Python, or Java.
• Ability to gain a US Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Partner with a dedicated product manager to build a category-leading product within Axion and/or VehicleSim lines.
• Interview and recruit engineers for your team.
