Job summary

You will train and mentor a small engineering team, evaluate systems, and develop manufacturing processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and product quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years engineering management experience.
• Hands-on design oversight using Autocad.
• Experience in heavy industrial equipment design and installation.
• PE preferred but candidates with strong experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee engineering activities for design, development, and execution of custom material handling equipment.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications, regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Train and mentor a small engineering team.
• Evaluate systems and products by researching, testing, and applying engineering principles.
• Develop manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment.
• Maintain system and product databases and provide technical information to stakeholders.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair services to keep equipment operational.
