You will coach engineers, shape architecture, and own delivery across ambitious initiatives while partnering with product and design to align engineering work with business goals.

Qualifications
- Experience leading software engineering teams in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering and delivering production systems.
- Record of leading complex technical initiatives while balancing people leadership and execution.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and business teams.
- Bias toward action in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team through coaching, feedback, and career development.
- Own execution across complex initiatives, removing blockers and delivering high-quality work.
- Partner with product, design, and leadership to set priorities and align engineering with business goals.
