Job summary

Hudl is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers focused on our Fan and Club products. You’ll shape strategy, mentor engineers, and drive technical excellence across cloud-based, scalable systems powering millions of livestreams and ticket sales.

You’ll collaborate with Product Management and Design to shape roadmaps, implement AI tooling, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture. This role supports remote work within the U.S. and emphasizes growth and autonomy.

• Extensive cloud experience; scalable systems handling millions of livestreams and tickets.
• Proven track record in setting technical direction for product areas and guiding teams.
• Strong managerial experience with coaching and performance management.
