Job summary

Hudl in Austin is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead discovery and delivery for club soccer initiatives. You will own the backlog, collaborate with design and engineering, and connect Hudl offerings to create a cohesive soccer ecosystem from recruitment to video analysis.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of driving complex initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and competitive trends, using qualitative and quantitative data to solve core problems up front.
• Ability to build trust with cross-functional teams and stakeholders without relying on direct authority.
• Balance value with business constraints and navigate sales, marketing, finance and legal considerations.
• Experience with rapid post-launch optimization to refine live capabilities.
• Experience demoing tools, training users or handling support inquiries to build customer empathy.

Responsibilities

• Lead product squads as the product owner for a cross-functional team, keeping backlog transparent and prioritized.
• Create a connected ecosystem for soccer by delivering value across multiple Hudl offerings.
• Drive discovery to de-risk value and usability, then work with release teams to hit the market with impact.
• Shape product strategy by evaluating opportunities based on customer value, viability and platform roadmap.
• Design AI-powered workflows to automate manual work and reduce operational friction.
• Collaborate with customer success, sales, partnerships, legal, finance and support to align with broader business goals.
