Hudl is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead discovery and delivery for club soccer initiatives, spanning from recruitment tools to video analysis. You will own the product strategy and roadmap, unifying Hudl’s offerings to maximize value for coaches, athletes and clubs.

You’ll work with design and engineering to deliver measurable impact, reduce risks through discovery, and drive adoption across Hudl’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experienced product leader with a track record driving complex initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends via qualitative and quantitative data.
• Collaborative communicator who inspires action across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Business savvy with knowledge of sales, marketing, finance and legal implications for product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead product squads as the product owner for a cross-functional team.
• Create a connected ecosystem by integrating multiple Hudl offerings for your market.
• Drive discovery to validate value and usability, then work with release teams to hit the market.
• Shape product strategy by evaluating opportunities based on customer value and viability.
• Design AI-powered workflows to automate manual tasks and reduce friction.
• Coordinate with customer success, sales, partnerships, legal, finance and support to ensure scalable solutions.
