Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in process control components.
• Strong knowledge of ASME, ANSI, API standards.
• CAD proficiency with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Experience bringing engineered products into production.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews to meet industry codes and customer specs.
• Oversee manufacturing integration ensuring quality and repeatability.
• Develop and manage SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Guide CNC programs, fixtures, and welding processes.
• Support sales with technical expertise during quoting.
• Mentor engineers, machinists, and drafters.
• Coordinate with suppliers on tooling and material sourcing.
