Gray Swan seeks an Engineering Manager, Enterprise to lead the team building and scaling the systems powering our AI security platform. You will guide the design of infrastructure, backend services, and cloud architectures for secure, scalable frontier AI deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building enterprise solutions, with backend or distributed systems in production.
• 2+ years managing, mentoring, or leading software engineering teams.
• Strong background in infrastructure, distributed systems, backend engineering, or platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering ownership and technical excellence.
• Set technical direction for enterprise solutions with engineering leadership.
• Oversee design, development, and operation of highly available backend services and distributed systems.
• Guide cloud infrastructure across Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, and Azure, plus networking and storage.
