Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager for the CTIO team to lead development of AI-driven endpoint capabilities across Windows, macOS and Linux.

You will own the AI on the endpoint roadmap, operationalize ML models, and build data pipelines feeding on-device inference, partnering with data science and platform teams. You will guide hiring, training and growing the team, oversee major components, and ensure design and testing standards while delivering high-performance, cost-efficient

Qualifications

• C++ and Windows/macOS/Linux OS internals knowledge.
• Hands-on experience operationalizing machine learning models on the endpoint, including data pipelines for telemetry and on-device inference.
• Experience shipping major features with teams and managing releases.
• Previous experience as Sr. Manager or Engineering Manager with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sensor teams on architecture and initiatives.
• Conceptualize and develop new product features for cross-platform delivery (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Own features through lifecycle from design to delivery and demos.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across locations.
