Job summary

The role leads Product, Process, Test, and Programming Engineering across design reviews, manufacturability assessments, and production support. Responsibilities include driving DFM improvements, owning FactoryLogix configuration, and coordinating with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve yield and schedule issues.
Qualifications
- Experience leading engineers or technical teams while remaining hands-on in process development and customer discussions.
- Proven ability to review product designs for DFM, assembly and test risks.
- Hands-on SMT and backend assembly process work experience in high-reliability electronics.
- Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards and test development.
- Experience owning FactoryLogix configuration, data quality, and user practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and set priorities for Product, Process, Test, and Programming Engineering; allocate resources and review deliverables.
- Serve as the main customer interface for technical matters including design reviews and risk-based decisions.
- Provide engineering support on the manufacturing floor for SMT, backend assembly, test, and conformal coating.
