As Materials Manager you will lead a materials team, drive delivery performance, inventory control, planning, and supplier coordination, while implementing tools and processes to cut costs and improve efficiency. The role requires strong MRP/ERP experience (Epicor 10 is a plus), leadership, and the ability

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory forecasting, developing master production schedules, and reducing scheduling variances.
• Extensive knowledge of MRP and ERP systems - Epicor 10 a plus
• Analyze and interpret complex procedures, and write reports and manuals
• Deep knowledge of computerized information systems for manufacturing, materials management, production planning, procurement and distribution
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
• Proactive change agent with leadership to build a team-oriented environment
• Solid interpersonal skills to motivate staff and collaborate across departments
• Contract Manufacturing experience required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

• Manage delivery performance, inventory, material control processes and improvements
• Lead supplier planning and performance management
• Implement tools, systems and processes to improve operating efficiencies and reduce costs
