Job summary

You will build and develop a high-performing team, define strategies, and ensure embedded software meets safety, quality, and program readiness. You will partner with systems engineering, controls, software, and program teams to identify risks, resolve complex challenges, and deliver robust production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop engineers responsible for calibration, simulation (HIL/SIL), testing, validation, and release readiness.
• Set clear goals and development plans aligned to program priorities.
• Mentor engineers and promote collaboration and GM leadership behaviors.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage engineering activities and resources.
• Establish and manage budgets and staffing strategies for projects.
• Develop strategic actions to enhance capability, quality, and delivery.
• Drive innovation to improve processes, tools, and standards.
• Promote safe, reliable engineering practices and continuous improvement.
• Advance test automation and data-driven decision-making for efficiency.
• Ensure deliverables are audit-ready with proper validation artefacts.
