Job summary

You will support test execution, data analysis, calibration development, and pursue automation and data reduction improvements.

The role involves transitioning to model-based development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers to strengthen technical capability and product quality.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in electric traction, drive units, power electronics, transmissions, controls or hardware development.
• Strong understanding of electric machine theory, drive unit architectures and transmission systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute subsystem-level testing for electric drive and transmission systems.
• Analyze test data, develop calibrations and automate data reduction.
