Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical and instrumentation installation or management of electrical and instrumentation technicians.
Strong organizational and management skills.
Solid interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Knowledge of SAP CMMS is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain instrumentation and electronics to keep the plant running at peak efficiency.
Develop and implement maintenance programs (predictive, preventive, emergency).
Oversee repairs and maintenance of plant equipment to improve safety and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company, government, and site regulations.
Assist in site capital planning and track maintenance metrics.
Manage maintenance storeroom and optimize operations.
Provide backup support for other departments as needed.
