Job summary

Croda is seeking an Engineering Manager - Maintenance to lead electrical and instrumentation maintenance operations at our Mill Hall site in Pennsylvania. You will manage maintenance programs, develop predictive and preventive procedures, and drive safe, reliable plant performance while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, at least 10 years of maintenance management experience in chemical processing, and proficiency in SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering preferred.
• 10+ years in maintenance management in chemical processing ideal.
• Experience leading E&I technicians and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical & instrumentation maintenance operations.
• Oversee site maintenance programs and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Manage plant CMMS planning and execution of work orders.
