Responsibilities
- Lead a team building scalable data solutions for Kubernetes and cloud machines
- Hire, coach, mentor, provide feedback, and lead by example
- Contribute code when needed to demonstrate engineering excellence
- Set and manage expectations with other teams and senior management
- Advocate modern, agile software development practices
- Develop and evangelize engineering and organizational practices
- Ensure delivery of high-quality products that users love
- Grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture aligned with company values
- Be part of the leadership team and collaborate with other leaders
- Travel twice yearly for internal events while working from home
