Job summary

Gen is seeking a Manager on the Security Engineering team to lead Data Integrity and Security Analytics, guiding engineers delivering core security services and trusted data protection. You will partner with cross-functional teams to enable risk-based decisions while driving automation and operational excellence.

You will mentor the team, shape engineering practices, and responsibly leverage AI to enhance analytics and efficiency across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams in a complex enterprise.
• Strong background in Security Engineering, Infrastructure Security or Platform Engineering.
• Solid understanding of data integrity, security analytics and data protection concepts.
• Experience building/operating analytics platforms, dashboards and security metrics.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance people leadership with technical ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of security engineers, fostering growth and success.
• Own delivery, operational maturity and continuous improvement of Data Integrity & Security Analytics capabilities.
• Oversee services supporting security analytics, data integrity, encryption and certificate lifecycle management.
• Define metrics and dashboards showing control health, performance, data quality and risk.
• Drive automation and best practices to improve scalability, reliability and policy enforcement.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve analytics and productivity.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Platform and Engineering teams to integrate controls into platforms.
• Establish documentation and support models to improve resilience and maintainability.
