Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; 15+ years industry experience if no degree.
- 8+ years of engineering experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing.
- 3+ years of engineering leadership or management experience.
- Experience with Configuration Management principles and ANSI/EIA-649.
- Experience supporting proposal development and cost estimation.
Responsibilities
- Lead Configuration Management and Applications Engineering teams to meet program goals.
- Establish objectives, metrics, and continuous improvement aligned with business needs.
- Staffing, workload, budgets, and resource allocation across both functions.
- Ensure CM processes comply with ANSI/EIA-649 and audit readiness.
- Coordinate RFQ/RFP review and cross-functional inputs for proposals.
