The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and extensive experience in aerospace manufacturing. Responsibilities include developing process controls and advancing CNC programming.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
• 5+ years in an engineering leadership role.
• Demonstrated success managing complex technical programs.
• Expertise in machining, spin forming, or related forming technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead process advancement in large-part machining technologies.
• Develop and implement robust process controls aligned with business requirements.
• Oversee CNC programming and manufacturing engineering teams.
• Coordinate staffing and execution of project plans.
