Auctane is seeking a Manager of Engineering in Austin, TX. You will manage and lead a software engineering team, guiding technical direction and delivering features per the product roadmap. Salary ranges from $217,568 to $245,833 per year with telecommuting permitted under company policy. A Bachelor's degree in CS and 5 years of applicable experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in the position offered or related occupation.
• Experience leading and managing a software team; familiar with .NET, Angular, React, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Proven ability to guide technical direction, oversee sprint cycles, and drive architectural decisions.

Responsibilities
