Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience in production systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proven track record building scalable backend services and APIs.
• Strong problem‑solving and attention to detail; mentoring experience is plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement scalable backend services and microservices.
• Develop secure REST APIs for frontend/mobile consumption.
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
• Lead code reviews, enforce standards, and write production‑ready code.
• Mentor mid‑level and junior engineers; contribute to DevOps and cloud strategy.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS) across environments.
