Job summary

DTN seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary software engineering team in our Energy organization. You will guide technical excellence, delivery, and team growth for systems built on .NET, legacy Delphi, and AWS-native services.

Responsibilities include architectural guidance, modernization to AWS serverless, coaching engineers, and ensuring security, reliability, and scalable operations. Collaboration with Product and DevOps will be key.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise software.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with .NET (C#) and legacy Delphi as applicable.
• Proficient in AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for systems built with .NET (C#), Delphi, and AWS-native services.
• Lead modernization efforts, migrating legacy workloads to AWS serverless and managed cloud services.
• Coach and develop a team of software engineers; foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Own end-to-end delivery of features and platform capabilities; manage Agile ceremonies and production readiness.
